We can ship to virtually any address in the world via AUSTRALIA POST E-parcel service. 

Delivery Australia-wide via standard tracked post is FREE for orders over $75

$7.95 Flat rate shipping for orders under $75

$12 Flat Rate for Express Tracked Postage if delivery is required sooner.

$20 Flat Rate for International Standard Tracked Postage.

Please note that Four in the Bed is based in regional NSW and so our delivery times are a little longer than in metro areas. 

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens, Four in the Bed is not liable. Please call us to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.

Delivery Time Frame Within Australia:

Sydney, Melbourne & Regional Victoria - 3 days.

Brisbane, Adelaide & Regional East Coast - 3 - 5 days.

Perth, Darwin and Regional WA and NT - 5 - 10 days.

International Postage

If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you.  You will pay the Australia postal charges and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country.

United States and Canada - 5 days

China - 8 days

Rest of Asia - 6 days

Exchange & Refunds

Four in the Bed will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed garments for a full refund or exchange for purchases made from our website within 30 days of the order date. We will credit your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. 

We only offer an exchange for sale items bought, within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in as new condition and includes all swing tags and components.

Four in the Bed processes all returns within 48 hours of arrival, you will receive email notification from our team once the refund is processed. We refund right back to the account you used to purchase from us. This is all done securely, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to return to your account and the funds will apppear on your account statements.

Exchange Items

If you would like to exchange a garment - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail via the CONTACT page on the website or phone call 0411 525 102 to let us know what you are after including the style number, colour, and size you would like, so that we can put it on hold for you.

Then carefully package up your return item to the following address:

Be sure to include a self addressed pre-paid return satchel for your new item to be posted out in.

Unfortunately, if your garment has been purchased from one of our retailers please contact the retailer. We cannot accept returns for garments purchased through a third party.

Faulty Garment

We take great pride in our sleepwear and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty garment from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact Customer Service on 0411 525 102 or e-mail belinda@fourinthebed.com.au to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the garment in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the garment.

Out of Stocks

We aim to update our site product availability multiple times a day, however in some rare instances, another customer may have selected to purchase the same garment as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day of the products unavailability. If we can not organize an exchange - we will refund you immediately.
